Well it actually happened and they are finally opening the lounges back up which honestly feels surreal after all the yelling we did at the screen. I am sitting here stunned because I genuinely thought they would just keep ignoring us forever so let this be a lesson about what …

Calling all Seven Stars and Diamond Players: STAND UP AND DEMAND that Caesars re-opens the Laurel Lounges in Las Vegas. You have all earned the most desired benefit of being a seven star or diamond player. You have spent thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars at Caesars properties, yet they continue to keep the lounges closed and take your money.

DEMAND that the lounges be reopened immediately. Make your voices heard. Tell the powers that be, Tom Reeg, Sean McBurney and others to OPEN OUR LOUNGES!!

I was just checking the dashboard and we are speeding toward a thousand signatures which really shows Tom Reeg that we are not going to just sit around while they keep these lounges locked up tight. Can everyone head over to their favorite casino groups or forums and drop the link right now because hitting that thousand mark by tonight would be the perfect way to make sure they actually pay attention to us.

I was just reading through the comments and honestly it is so frustrating to hear how many of you feel completely ignored by management after everything you have put into these properties. People keep messaging me about the lack of options for elite members and it confirms why this has to stay on the radar even if the silence from the top is deafening right now. I am working on getting a direct line to someone who might actually listen since they seem perfectly happy to take the money while cutting every single perk that keeps us coming back.

Seeing this take off like this is completely wild because honestly I just wanted a place for a drink after spending way too much on the floor. It feels like we finally have some real momentum building against these guys who keep taking our hard earned status and giving us nothing back.

Joaquin in the Paris lounge is a big reason we even go to Vegas, he has become a close friend over the years, and because of that, we have spent A LOT in the Caesars properties, it would be shame if the lounges stayed closed and we went elsewhere

I've already cut back o my gambling at any Caesars owned properties because of the cutbacks on perks. The Laurel Lounge is not such a big expense that they cannot afford to offer that to the ones that bring the money into the casinos.

Please keep the lounges open . It was my favourite perk . With so many cutbacks is it really worth my while to attain Diamond or higher status ? Stop the clawing back of perks and rewards since Eldorado took over. Shame on you .

Please reopen the Laurel Lounges. After the amount of money one spends at Caesars properties to obtain Diamond, or higher, a $10 food credit is very cheap. Surely there must be a way to open and have the food served, similar to the way drinks were provided.

The Diamond Lounge was our favorite perk! We looked forward to seeing Richard and the friendly staff, meeting friends, having a safe and fun place to chill out...knowing that we 'worked' to deserve this! Please bring it back for your loyal guests!

I no longer go to Las Vegas since lounges have been closed. Have reward credits but always enjoyed the camaraderie going to the lounge. We always met people and had a fun time. Our waitress took care of us and made our time special. I'm sure we spent a lot more in the casino to cover what we had in the lounge but we enjoyed being there. No plans to go back. Not worth the flight.
