I no longer go to Las Vegas since lounges have been closed. Have reward credits but always enjoyed the camaraderie going to the lounge. We always met people and had a fun time. Our waitress took care of us and made our time special. I'm sure we spent a lot more in the casino to cover what we had in the lounge but we enjoyed being there. No plans to go back.

They just got rid of my free drinks in Vegas in July even though I’m diamond elite. They got rid of food in Atlantic City and now this. They say it’s a month to month basis so since I didn’t play much in June so I don’t get the free drinks even though I was diamond elite this year and already have Diamond plus earned for next year. If my loyalty isn’t rewarded with the perks I thought I was getting then they won’t have my loyalty moving forward.

Not only open the existing ones, but install lounges across the worldwide footprint. Advertise about it. Watch as everyone flocks to this program from MGM etc. No one else does this - great capitalization opportunity!
