To strike and stop teaching our children for the purpose of a contract disagreement is something that should not be allowed. The children of Canada have a right to an education.The Government and the Teachers Federation break that contract every time they strike.

education is an essential service and as a health care provider who works in long term care and can NOT strike because we are considered essential so should education be the same!
This should not be happening, AGAIN AND AGAIN all across our country. Inforce mediation!!! I'm sure there is someone out there that can be called upon to end this strike!!! Make teaching an essential service!!!!! Money has been spent and a lot of work done by students who are looking for an education. This is not acceptable, settle it fast so they can get back to school!!!
