Dear Board of Directors
The homeowners of Vicenza would like to request that you temporarily discontinue the automatic tow policy for cars parked on the street overnight (12:00 am- 6:00 am).
We find this rule to be extreme and wish to review alternatives to this policy. We would like to discuss this issue and possible solutions at the upcoming annual meeting.
We would appreciate your cooperation in stopping the towing until then.

Heard from several neighbors today about their ongoing concerns with the tow policy. I am preparing a list of alternative solutions to propose at the meeting.

My car has been towed and not a great thing to wake up to. Very unfair predator actions.
If you have quests for few days with more than two cars, there is no other solution than parking on the street. We need to address that.
I was stunned at the extreme step taken to resolve that situation.

My car was towed on my third night in the community. I had a POD in the driveway and no one told me I couldn't park on the street. A notice would have been nice. I had to pay $250 to get my car back, plus a $40 Uber ride to Sarasota. Not a great 'Welcome to the Neighborhood'.
