In keeping up with technology used to harass and terrorise I am asking ohio enact a law updating terrorism and harassment by all current means including electronic or electromagnetic.
This criminalises such unlawful purposes as intending to actually harm or imitate such intention in order to frighten, terrorise, intimidate, harass, injure, drive a person insane or kill any person. This also applies to property damage.
The criminal penalties should be quite severe starting at prison sentences up to 15 years for just doing this, up to 20 years for property damage, up to 25 years for personal injury, life for impairment of a bodily function and life without parole in the event of death.
Those carrying out the electronic and electromagnetic terror and torture against people, myself an example 24/7 for years would be liable to life in prison for having destroyed lives. There are other impairments of bodily functions and personal injuries as well as property damage.
The intent to cause personal injury and death, should
apply to electronic and electromagnetic devices.

Reaching this point has been exhausting but necessary to show that people understand the gravity of these electronic threats. I am still here and pushing forward for the changes that should have been law long ago.

These monsters need to be stopped. They have no morals, children arent even safe.
I am experiencing this technology being used on me 24/7. I would consider bye case to be at the level of torture, Severe psychological trauma, and minor to moderate physical trauma. I would love for a few people on the hill in Washington to take notice of this highly illegal activity that gives the victims no method of solving the problem. Text I pray that this petition goes somewhere!

I have been torturing for almost 10 yrs physical, I move a lot but they still following me everywhere. My life has been ruined and I am seeking for help, I don’t know the safety place to go.
