I am experiencing this technology being used on me 24/7. I would consider bye case to be at the level of torture, Severe psychological trauma, and minor to moderate physical trauma. I would love for a few people on the hill in Washington to take notice of this highly illegal activity that gives the victims no method of solving the problem.
