I really never thought this would gain this much steam but seeing all these people showing up to back this cause makes me feel like maybe things actually can shift for once. It is honestly overwhelming to see so many strangers wanting the same basic safety that we are all just trying to reach.

My friend is going through this exact thing right now and the cops say they cant do anything because he hasnt hit her. This needs to change immediately its absolutely disgusting.
Total joke that they have to wait for someone to get hurt before doing their job. stop protecting the abusers.

its terrifying how little the police can do until its too late. stalking and harassment ruin lives long before a physical hit happens. fix this now.
