The Council are wanting to more than double the amount of houses in Fryston Village with only one point of access and egress which is already ridiculous. The Council, along with the Land Trust / Groundwork, are already struggling to maintain the site to a decent standard nevermind with more residents which will inevitably create more maintenance issues.

There is a Nature Reserve right next to the proposed site and life-long residents (like myself) will lose our views of the woods and river.

We need to stop allowing Wakefield Council just doing what they want and where they want with complete disregard to existing residents, all to make money for themselves and to no advantage to anyone else.
