Vodafone continues to ignore our daily struggle with these dead zones while still demanding full payment for a service we cannot use. I am currently reaching out to our local representative to force a spotlight on this corporate negligence.

Vodaphone used to be fantastic in our area but it is no longer reliable. Why should I pay for a service that is unreliable?
