Final supporters
Please allow our 2020 Seniors to have a Safe Outdoor In Person Graduation Ceremony with safety precautions in place. They deserve it! Allow them to wear cap & gown, walk 6 plus ft apart across Leider Field and if they don’t feel comfortable with parents distanced to view, maybe the grads could just walk thereafter to their parents cars in pool lot. That way the podium can still be set up with necessary admin staff and kids can be announced officially. Diplomas can still be mailed if they feel that’s safest. Also if they film it parents can still fully view the students walk.

Us seniors have already missed out on important developmental milestones, please don’t let us miss out on having a “traditional” graduation following safety precautions of course
In high schools, the last few months of the school year are typically filled with a flurry of celebrations—prom, pep rallies, yearbook signing—culminating in the final rite of passage for seniors: graduation. Don’t let all of this be taken from us, graduation is the only thing we can have left so let’s do it the right traditional way safely
This would be a shame if senior graduates can’t have a normal graduation, there’s only 152 kids in the entire class! Some schools are smaller then others and should be taken into consideration
As a medical professional, I believe that it is possible for NPHS to hold a safe, outdoor, socially distant, graduation ceremony. Even if you stagger arrival times to the field and limit guests to parents only.
We should utilize both the home and visitors bleachers for 2 guest per student. The students can be spaced appropriately on the field facing a stage towards Springfield Ave. If people can social distance at the beach, certainly we can accommodate the students and their families.

please allow an in person ceremony. I have 3 sons. senior in high school, freshman in college and college senior. We are being deprived of two senior years and all that goes with it including graduation and celebrations. And my middle son missed most of his second semester of his freshman year. These are monumental events in a young persons life. My family has experienced two deaths during this time. Please give us some semblance of normalcy. No one wants a streamed graduation or drive thru.

Please allow my granddaughter and class of 2020 to have their graduation on the field in the traditional manner. Socially distant of course. These kids have worked so hard. Let them enjoy this moment.
