NO WAY. We already voted him out because we dont trust him. Why is this even being considered?
Are you kidding me? This guy spent years trying to hide everything from the public. He is the last person who should be anywhere near an open government board.
I believe that we should have individuals whose actions convey a true belief in open and clear communication with taxpayers! Having seen Don Long as Chairman of the Sumner County School Board, I have reservations as to his core belief in those concepts. I would strongly disapprove of Mr. Long being a part of this group. Thank you.
Backroom deals need to be a thing of the past! Open public records policies are freedom of information. Is this not an act of law? The people are tired of watching the disrespecting politicians who are supposed to respresent their employers We the people waste our money on things that just aren't good for the country as a whole. This needs to be the foundational rock upon which we are built upon. We all need to pledge that we will not rest until things are made right and the sludge of the earth is washed out to sea never to return again!
Don Long should not be in this position. He is too biased toward the School Board and in my opinion it would be a terrible mistake.
