How do you know this information? Brandon Sall is running for 'County Surrogate. He's a temporary surrogate right now, appointed by Cuomo. Are we talking about the same guy?

Yes same Brandon sall. He did many favors to get many of those votes. He should be behind bars with Sheldon silver
