I really thought this might just float into the void unnoticed but seeing all this energy behind the cause is honestly kind of overwhelming in the best way possible. It feels like people are actually tired of the highway thrum waking them up at night and it is just wild to see how many folks feel the same exact way.

LIVED HERE 15 YEARS AND IT ONLY GETS LOUDER. DO SOMETHING.
The highway noise is constant. Cant even sit in the backyard anymore without hearing the 417. Put up the walls already.
The traffic volume has exploded since we moved in. Definitely time for some barriers.
My kids sleep through it but I sure dont. Its ridiculous how loud it gets at night.
crystal beach is way too loud. fix it.

So sick of the roar of the trucks all night long. We pay enough taxes in this city to get a little peace and quiet.
