We, the students of the class of 2010 and others, do not believe in the unorganized, ineffective, graduation project being forced upon us. The NC State Board of Education has postpooned the requirement in hopes that the project will be more feasible. WSFCS should realize the purpose of this act by the board, therefore postpone the requirement for the class of 2010 in order to regroup and hopefully be more organized for the class that is required to do it.
I have compiled the student feedback regarding current project requirements and am refining a formal request for the district board. We have reached out to administrative staff to confirm the status of our proposal for a postponement.

The volume of support has reached a point where we can now request a formal meeting with the district administration to discuss the graduation project requirements. I am drafting a letter to the superintendent detailing our position and will provide a copy of the final text once it is submitted.

The project is just busy work. it adds nothing to our education and takes away from actual learning.

This is ridiculous. We already have enough on our plates with ap exams and college apps. We dont need this stress right now.
