We, the Royal West Academy graduating class of 2014, petition for the cancellation or modification of the Contemporary World Africa Project. There are several reasons for our request: 1) The end of the school year already involves a much larger than usual workload. 2) This project has, and will continue to interfere with our ability to study for final exams due to the immense amount of time that must be put into it. 3) The project was not assigned in a just manner: some classes were informed of the project well in advance of other classes.
