We, the citizens of the city Fort Worth, living in the neighborhoods of Berkeley Place, Ryan, Mistletoe Heights and Fairmount, do not support the request from Chesapeake Energy for a high-impact permit to drill two gas wells on the 8th Ave. rail yard property owned by Mr. Bill Davis and the Fort Worth and Western Railroad. As signatures to this petition, we ask the City Council deny the request for this permit.
