The current owners of the CAPUTO TOLLGATE PROPERTY, LLC located on the Boston Post Road adjacent to Healthy Fit across from the entrance to Stuart Ave.,  have provided plans to the village for a new Car Wash. The traffic around that bend is terrible and it is already dangerous for pedestrians, most of whom are are students from the district walking to and from our schools. Also the traffic from such an enterprise would cause additional back up between the two lights on Boston Post Rd. where back up is already an issue. We are planning to oppose this at the April7th zoning meeting and the village planning meeting on April 13th.  If you could please write your address to document that you are are resident in the Village of Mamaroneck and/or live in the Rye Neck District.
