I have spent my evenings walking the neighborhood and talking to neighbors who are worried about how this project will change our quiet streets. The feedback makes it clear that we are not alone in fearing the impact on our community identity.

Seeing this kind of movement in our neighborhood truly hits home because this project threatens the quiet community my family has called ours for years. It is clear that so many of you share this deep worry about what Fairbanks and Oak will become. Thank you for pushing back with me to protect the place we love.

traffic is already bad enough around fairbanks without adding 69 more units. people need to wake up and look at the congestion.
enough is enough with these high density projects. it will ruin the character of our streets and bring way too much noise.

THIS IS GOING TO DESTROY OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Sanger is a small town and we dont need big apartment complexes ruining the area.
