I was just driving past the site on Torrance Blvd and thinking about how quiet these streets are right now and how that will just vanish if they go through with this. I have been drafting emails to the planning commission all morning because I really do not think they understand what this will mean for us living right here by Madrona Ave.

I lived near one when I was a resident of Silver Spring, MD. It became a meeting place for day workers and that's when it became dangerous. Some of the men were drunk and fought. It attracted other types of even more dangerous activity and crime. Eventually they had to have a police trailer on the corner to make things safe again.
NO 7-11!! Keep our neighborhood quiet. My kids play near that intersection and it is already busy enough.
We all have to advocate and support our local small businesses!

We dont need more traffic and loitering on this corner. People speed through here enough already.
