The Mission Viejo City Council has approved plans to build a 7-Eleven at the gas station on Trabuco and Marguerite. 7-Eleven will bring 24-HOUR NOISE, CRIME and LOITERING to our quiet residential neighborhood and DECREASE OUR HOME VALUES!
The approval of these plans is under appeal which gives us a chance to stop this from happening. We CAN change their minds if we speak up!

2012 at 6:00 p.m., Mission Viejo City Hall to show the City Council that
you DO NOT SUPPORT this troubling addition to our neighborhood.

We dont need a 24 hour store right next to our houses. The traffic at that intersection is already a nightmare and this will just make it worse. Keep 7-11 out of our neighborhood.
