We, the undersigned individuals, hereby request that all government schools have ZERO tolerance for employing any persons with criminal records and in PARTICULAR any person that has been convicted of any sexual act or offence. FURTHERMORE, we ask that if there are any persons currently employed with the government schools and have a conviction for any sexual crime be IMMEDIATELY removed from their school duties and NOT allowed to be on school premises.
FURTHERMORE, we request that ALL persons employed in the Cayman Islands Government school system be subject to background checks and police clearance.
We are most concerned about the safety and well being of our children and implore the Cayman Islands Ministry of Education to do likewise.

This is absolutly terrifying. I dont want my son around anyone with a record like that. PLEASE DO SOMETHING

How is this not already a rule? My kids safety comes first no excuses.
