I have spent my mornings watching the hazardous traffic patterns outside the building and it only reinforces why this needs to change. Your stories about dangerous commutes are fueling my meetings with the district administrators to demand safer conditions.

Seeing this grow makes me feel like I am finally being heard after worrying about my own kid on those icy roads every single morning. This momentum proves that our community refuses to stay silent about these dangerous conditions. We keep pushing until the district listens to our safety concerns.

Hey guys it's kevin from Iona, yea sure, give them a day off you greasy fools. You think the teachers want to drive in this crap?
The roads are going to be very icy because of this I think school should be canceled it's not fair for some teachers that live 45 mins away for the school to drive to school and risk their lives jus for on day of school
I cant be slipping on ice I don't want to get hurt and it'll last till next years soccer season
I'm about to make the Eastchester job baseball team and everyone is doubting me and a can't jeopardize my chances of making the team by slipping and falling
I am a d1 athlete and can't risk slipping on the ice and putting my career in jeopardy.
Very dangerous, I spilled my loaf of bread into a very large yellow sink, again.... very dangerous.
I think that we should defund the department of education all together. It is a waste of our tax dollars and not necessary. #EndTheDOE
