This petition is to protest the opening of a correctional facility in the backyards of the residents of Rocky Hill, Connecticut. This type of facility has never been opened in the state of Connecticut before and once one opens it will set the precedence for others not only across the state but presumably the country. By signing this you agree that residents safety should not be put at risk and that facilities like this should not be opened in residential areas.
