- We object to Sutton Coldfield Tennis Club's plans to install three additional padel courts off Highbridge Road in Sutton Coldfield. Planning Application 2024/07622/PA shows three new padel courts close to homes and if approved will cause significant noise and light pollution issues impacting privacy and peace, impact wildlife and will cause an increase in traffic and parking that is simply unsustainable, and an increased safety risk to anyone using Highbridge Road. The increase of up to 78 cars a day will also increase air pollution. We believe this proposal is over development and all the uses of the club have not been transparently listed for consideration in this application.

I object to this increased use of this site. Already we are affected by the noise and light pollution from the existing floodlights. To increase the number of games facilities will only exacerbate the traffic and parking problems on an already busy road which is used as a rat run to miss out local traffic jams in the area.
Wrong place for this noisy sport.

I strongly disagree with the building of 3 additional Padel courts at Sutton Coldfield Tennis Club. The noise and lighting pollution will adversely affect the lives of local residents of which I am one of them.
The area is already too crowded.

I strongly disagree with the building of 3 additional Padel courts, immediately behind my house. It is my human right to have peace and tranquility in my home and garden. Building the courts will violate this basic right
