I don't think its appropriate for Verizon to introduce a new $2 dollar fee for paying your bill online. we pay so much to honor our contracts with them, for mediocre service. Bank of America tried to launch a new debit card fee, and look how the Occupy Movement got Involved! Seriously is it ok for Verizon to introduce new fees? No its not! As customers we can fight back.
