I have requested the financial statements for the past three years to verify the necessity of these proposed fee adjustments. A meeting with the board president is currently being scheduled to review these documents before any final oversight decisions are made.

Enough with the hikes. Every year it goes up and my place is barely worth what I paid for it now.
Please consider this topic as a high priority for homeowners and if you foresee another assessment or rise in condo fee due to a specific reason (eg ongoing litigation with the builder), engage us by presenting the situation in a homeowners meeting as opposed to making a decision in a silo. No homeowner will want to compromise safety or risk paying lot more condo fees in the future by postponing a small increase in the present, so let’s please have a logical discussion before taking any decisions!
Stop using our money to pay for the lawyers. They are just dragging this out and making us pay for it.
Fix the budget instead of always coming after the homeowners for more. We have lives too.
I can understand the increase in Condo fee for a 15+ year community or 20+ year community because there will be many repairs and fixes that need to be done to Roofs, roads etc. Our community is not that old and we are already at high end in condo fee payments, so please if possible try to cut down on costs and keep the fee as it is today.
Increasing condo fee is impacting our house prices.
No more increase in Condofees or no more charge.
