I was walking down the main street yesterday and honestly it is wild to see how many bags are clogging up the storm drains near the grocery store. People have been messaging me with their own photos of the mess and it really makes you realize how long this has been going on while we just sort of looked the other way.

Single use plastic needs to be outlawed world wide; its killing our planet. Our local leaders can set the place for the Provincal and Federal Government to follow.
I would love to see this happen! It makes me mad -- people buy one item, like a loaf of bread (which is already in a bag) and ask for a bag!

Plastic is bad.
Refuse them every time! Get rid of them, people will adapt!
I do not want this to happen. Plastic bags help me tremendously everyday. For just 10 cents i get a strong reliabe garbage bag that i just toss in the lake when i am finished with it
THE BIGNUCOLOS ALREADY HAVE TOO MUCH WEALTH TO THEIR NAME! BY BANNING SATANS BASTARDS FROM THE TOWN, WE ARE EFFECTIVELY TAKING 6 CENTS OUT OF THEIR POCKETS WITH EACH BAG WE ARENT BUYING! GO ECONOMICS!

Set new standards in grocery stores banning plastic. There is no need for plastic on cucumbers as an example
