We assert that it is not only dangerous to allow left turns from Sunny Dell Rd onto Rte. 41 but it also causes significant traffic delays. We are hoping to persuade PennDOT to allow a sign to be posted at this intersection. With this petition, we are asking New Garden Township Supervisors request permission from PennDOT to post a "No Left Turn Sign" at this intersection. The cost is minimal, and the benefit is considerable.

I really never thought this would gain this much steam but here we are and honestly it feels surreal to see so many people who finally agree that intersection is a total nightmare. It makes me feel a lot less crazy about my daily commute struggle and now I guess we have some actual leverage to show the folks at the township office.

That entire intersection is such a hazard. I only hope it doesn’t take a fatal accident to get some attention there.
Changes to this intersection and the intersection of Rt 41 and Sharp Rd should have been made years ago.
I'd support no left turn at any time. There are church and school functions at different hours than rush hour. It is impossible to make a right turn onto Rt 41 S when church lets out on Sunday.
I think limiting the no left turn to morning and evening rush would be sufficient. night time is not bad Day time is BAD
I grew up in the area. There are better places to turn onto Rt. 41 to head north towards Gap. The traffic only got worse between the the middle school and that church.
Very dangerous! Wish there was a light, but I’ll accept a no left turn during peak hours sign

This is a dangerous intersection. I avoid it as much as possible. Please approve a light; and in the interim-a sign.
