School is important but holidays like christmas should be used to spend time with families and appreciate those around you. With the pandemic happening these are times where we should share with family and not worry for once about school .
homework is work to test out your knowledge, but your knowledge should not be tested while your mind is distracted by the celebration of the holidays with family. Time with family is something sacred because time is limited. Life is not always about work, sometimes is just to enjoy.
We have been doing homework since the school year started. This year , our winter break will be shorter and I think we shouldn't have hw mostly because christmas is a time to spend with our family, not do hw all winter long.
Having hw during break disrupts your time with family, friends, and yourself. Don’t assign more when you are already have so much to grade. We need a break and so do you :). Unless it’s extra credit!
The school year is a really stressful time for a lot of us, and it’s really important that we have time off that we don’t have worry or stress out about school and spend time with our friends and family.

There's days where I don't get sleep, just to fall asleep doing another class's homework and get points taken off that one, it's like there's no end. Still with all the work I do I can't even say I have all As, and with 2 tests tomorrow I'm not even sure if I'm going to pass them. This type of stress is not what is needed during the break, I want my mind free to have fun during the holidays with family not up awake at like 5am doing an assignment.
