There is no Highpointe resident on the Board that votes on these issues. We should have a say in issues, particularly with raising rates at Christmas time without prior notice. Over 500 households are affected by these decisions with more to come over the years as development grows.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum building behind this effort. Seeing so many neighbors join in shows that this is truly about our community and I am just humbled to be a part of it.

Ridiculous to spring this on everyone right before the holidays. We deserve better.
Not right to change the rules without even asking us first. Glad someone is finally speaking up about this.
They act like our money just grows on trees. Stop the fee hikes now.
Total lack of transparency here. Need someone on that board who actually lives in the neighborhood and gets it.
SO TIRED OF THESE SURPRISE CHARGES. FIX THIS.
