I have been hearing from students who feel ignored by the current grading system and feel forced to perform just to keep their grades up. Contact your department head today to demand a review of these grading policies. Post this link on your social media accounts to keep the pressure on the administration.

I feel that because of participation being graded that it sort of ruined my school experience
its so frustrating to lose points just because I get bad anxiety when I have to talk in front of everyone. im doing all the work and studying so hard but my grade still suffers. please stop doing this.

This is an unfair way to grade students. If you are getting all the right scores but don't feel confident enough to say your RIGHT answer then why should you be marked down for the sake of speaking!
