Please help us to stop proposed gas station on Aldine Westfield in The Estates of Legends Ranch neighborhood. This is in the middle of our neighborhood and will hurt the property values of our community and the communities around that back up to this development.

ENOUGH gas stations and convenience stores, besides creating congestion and lowering property values, you will have a lot of competition. On top of all who signed this petition telling their family and friends not to patronize your gas station. Think twice!
must be at least 15 gas stations within a 3 mile radius. 4 of which are walking distance to me . Another one is not needed. I would like to see a Bistro.
What a horrible thing to do to a residential street, directly in front of and behind of people's homes, and causing dangerous traffic next door to a FIRE STATION, AND within 500 feet of an ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!!!
This should not be allowed in the middle of a residential neighborhood. This will bring unwelcomed attention by individuals that do not live in our communities. There has already been a spike in crime in the last 9 month in our neighborhood and this will be welcoming more.
A subdivision is not the place for a gas station. Not only does it seem like a hazard to the homes in close proximity to it, this can't be good for the property value. Aldine Westfield already hurts the value of my home I don't need another hit my value.
A neighborhood is not a place for a gas station. To many children and cars that would be coming through. Keep it near a major right away

This is being built extremely close to an elementary school. This neighborhood doesn't need alcohol being sold so close to that school. Also, this is being built on a two-lane road within a residential neighborhood. This is detrimental to our neighborhood, schools, and overall well-being.
