A neighborhood is not a place for a gas station. To many children and cars that would be coming through. Keep it near a major right away

This cannot stand, and as residents of Spring, we should inform our representatives we will respond at the ballot box. While the negative impact to property values is an obvious and valid concern, the fact that this convenience store is directly across the street from several residences stands to significantly and negatively impact homeowners in other ways:
1) endangers the safety of homeowners and children through increased traffic
2) safety risk in the event of petroleum-related accidents (fires/explosions)
3) greater exposure to crime/theft
4) Increased likelihood of property damage
5) noise and lights in the late hours due to nature of the business.
We must be diligent in voicing our opposition to the appropriate regulatory bodies and our elected officials.

This is a support in regards to petitioning NOT to put Gas Station in The Legends Estate Community. This will hurt the value of our property especially the safety of our children. Please note that there is a school for small children where they are planning to built the gas station. The smell of the gas/fumes will be hazard for those children being near to it the whole day.

ENOUGH gas stations and convenience stores, besides creating congestion and lowering property values, you will have a lot of competition. On top of all who signed this petition telling their family and friends not to patronize your gas station. Think twice!
