Here is what we are facing in an URGENT matter:
A proposed septic & grease trap dump site is under consideration by the State of Montana for Scenic City Enterprises, a mere 500 ft. from a family home in rural Three Forks, MT., and from four miles of homes on Old Town Road. Waste will include raw sewage from septic systems; human waste from port-a-potties & restaurant grease trap waste. 320 acres are included in the pending sale of the Don F. Scoffield estate to Scenic City Enterprises, 200 of those acres will be used as the human feces waste dump site. Above ground dumping of this contamination will negatively impact our air quality, well water, property values, home businesses and wildlife and the environment in general, not to mention the social impact involved. Dumping can occur at a rate of 28,846 gallons per acre, per year!
Three Forks, Montana is a well known and well loved area of American heritage. Lewis and Clark settled here during their expedition and Old Town Road was home to the first town of the greater Three Forks area. Our rivers are known as some of the most elite fresh water fishing in the world. It is unfathomable, that this waste dumping on Old Town Road could possibly be approved by the State of Montana, Waste and Underground Tank Management Bureau and by the Septage Sanitarian of the County of Broadwater. UNFATHOMABLE.

people are just lazy. take your garbage to the actual dump instead of ruining the neighborhood for everyone else.
total disrespect for the land. what is wrong with people???

its gotten so bad lately. smells terrible and my kids cant even play outside without seeing junk everywhere.
