I have finalized the formal budget proposal detailing the specific allocation of the ten million dollar increase. My team is currently scheduling meetings with fiscal policy advisors to present these numbers for review.

MY SON HAS STRUGGLED SINCE THIS STARTED. Teachers just teach to the test now and it is killing their love for learning.
Schools are hurting and they need more help than they get right now. Just fix it already.
I don't believe this is the perfect answer for education, but a quality education is important for our students in excel in the world.
Education is the best way to help people, because it gives people a way to help themselves.
It's great that we all want what's best for our children! But, due to this No Child Left Behind Act my daughters have suffered in school. They all go at the same pace and that make my 8 year old mad because she reads faster, has a higher English comprehension than most high school kids. I asked the school board to allow her to move forward a grade. You know what he told me? NO KID LEFT BEHIND! So, don't get me wrong. I'm glad she got her mothers smarts and not mine, I'm one of those kids that got left behind not once but twice.

Kids deserve better than this broken system.
