Senator Specter has ignored our letters for too long but this surge of momentum proves they can no longer pretend we do not exist. We hold the power here and it is time to force this funding through so our students finally get the resources they deserve.

We just hit 100 signatures and Senator Specter can no longer pretend this issue is invisible. He thinks he can ignore the importance of history education while students fall behind but this shows he is wrong.

Kids today dont know anything about our own history. This is such a tiny amount of money compared to what they waste on other stuff. Do it.
PLEASE FUND THIS. My son learned so much from his research project last year and it really helped his confidence.
5 million is nothing in the grand scheme of things. Get this done for the students.
History is fading out of schools way too fast. My niece did this program and she actually loves studying the past now. Keep it funded.
So important. If they dont learn history they are doomed to repeat all the mistakes. Keep the program going.

We need to support these kids. History matters more than people think.
