We oppose Wandsworth Council's decision of March 2013 to turn our streets in Tooting into a low cost parking zone. We oppose the extra noise, pollution and congestion that the decision will create. We resent the fact that we were not consulted on the proposal before it was made. We call on the Council to change its mind and reverse this decision.
