Please do not under any circumstances agree to bail for Jessie Fillerup, who savagely beat Lindsay Ferraro. Lindsay is now fighting for her life, and will have a very difficult road ahead. By his own admission, Fillerup punched Lindsay "7 or 8 times" and stomped and kicked her "over 4 times"

I have worked with Lindsay for the past 4 years and have seen firsthand how she has struggled and will continue to struggle both physically and mentally from the horrific trauma she endured on that fateful night.
I dont know her but a friend showed me her healing story and I could not hold back my tears. This monster is should not get to have any sort of life that is anymore quality than what her is. He gave her life in an inescapable prison, he should have to live in one his entire life.
Please do not let this animal out of jail,I had the pleasure of taking care of Linds when she came out of her coma after 8 months I was a caregiver to her and although she's come a long way she has had to overcome so much and he does not deserve to go free !
I responded to this call as a captain on the Billerica Fire Department. I found her in the bath tub and helped administer life saving care along with another firefighter, paramedics and police officers.
This beast tried to ruin Lindsay's life! She will never be" normal" . Despite all the odds, she has fought back to build a new life with all it's limitations. Please don't allow this man another opportunity to live a life that Lindsay will never be able to live.

No early release. Ruined the life of a young woman and her family. Penalties are in place for a reason. Early release only adds more stress to the victim and family which in turn punishes them while rewarding the offender.
