The title says it all, we are asking Ryan Jurvakainen NO PLEA DEALS for Kayla Chapman's murderer, D'Anthony Leslie Williams. Give him the max, even if the Governor won't sign a death warrant. We want the maximum the law allows. NO DEALS - NO PLEA BARGINS
We need to hit the one hundred signature threshold before I send the formal demand letter to the prosecutor. Please forward this link to your contacts now so we have the necessary leverage for our upcoming request.

I'm so sick of these guys getting a slap on the wrist for robbing, raping, and murdering hard working innocent people. She was cooperating and he shot her twice in cold blood. Then escaped in a stolen car. He should NEVER see the light of day again.

Don't let this guy go free...be a stand up guy, and respect the hard and brilliant work that Kelso police did in capturing this murderer. If you make a deal I guarantee the citizens of Cowlitz County will never want you re-elected...do the right thing.

As the world increases in acts of senseless violence like this, we need to take a stand in our legal system and quit allowing murderers like this to make deals. They should be held 100% accountable for their actions. Kayla deserves that. We all do.

This was just a senseless, brutal, evil act that he needs to receive the death penalty. He should never be out in society EVER. He was involved at age 14 in another store robbery where a knife was held to clerks throat. Justice for Kayla we owe her that.

He deserves maximum punishment. Every time I went in to the store, Kayla was kind to everyone. No matter who it was or how they were. She didn't deserve that. He deserves what ever cruelty he get. She was innocent

Kayla was a good friend of mine and what happened to her was senseless. Why this man thought it was okay to take her life is beyond me. Kayla deserves justice and the only way she will get justice is if this criminal does not get a plea bargain!

She was a good person who cared for others and didn't deserve what happened. This guy should suffer the full amount of his out punishment
