Hello, As a 22 year old female with two younger sisters, one of which is 16, I hope the Lakeland Florida Courts prosecute those 8 teenagers that assaulted Victoria Lindsay to the FULLEST EXTENT. I live all the way in Bowling Green, Oh. and I am so touched by what happened to this little girl that I am working to start a petition to make sure that everyone in the court system understands that this is a SEVERE crime that should be taken to its furthest extent. As officers of the law, I\'d expect that they\'d feel the same way, especially after hearing that these kids mocked the fact that they were arrested at all. There will always be gossip in schools, but a message has to be sent that violence, especially of this caliber, is unacceptable. And to add insult to injury these monsters wanted to display their dirty work on the internet!! I also hope that their parents will also be held accounted for. Normally I would say that at 16 these kids should take responsibility for their actions, but the fact that their parents are trying to JUSTIFY this level of violence is sickening. I hope that if it comes out that these kids are let off easy, you will all personally contact Ms. Lindsay\'s parents and work to bring these awful people to justice. Someone has to take control over these reality tv crazed, internet controlled kids and teach them that EVERY action has a consequence.
