To show the Starke County Commisioners that the restricted time use of Golf Carts is unacceptable and the MAJORITY of Bass Lake owners and residents do not agree with this restriction in their golf cart ordinance. The use of Golf Carts at Bass lake has long been a fun and safe alternative to the use of cars.
