Background: Michigan law (PA 300 of 1949, Section 257.657a) allows for the use of golf carts on local roads just as long as the township has an ordinance in support & keeps a log of registered golf carts in the township. There are many communities across Michigan that allow residents to use golf carts, including nearby communities like Tekonsha and Union City.
Please consider signing our petition in support of a golf cart ordinance in Fredonia Township. This petition will be given to the Fredonia Township board in support of a golf cart ordinance.

The calls to the township office have been met with a lot of heavy sighs and stonewalling. It is draining to keep pushing when the bureaucracy refuses to budge but I am still here following up on every lead.
