As we both know, The process in which toacquirea concealed carry license in New Jersey can be described in short as being "Impossible" toreceive. With our judge's and state'sdesecrationof "Justifiable need" beingcompletelyoutrageous.
For example applicant's like Jeff Muller, Who was kidnapped not once, but twice! He had to file a law suit against the state of NJ for a CCW permit, just to protect himself from the people he testified against. This was after being turned down because NJ said he did not have "Justifiable Need".
Theunder signersof this petition demand that New Jersey makes it possible for all "Law-Abiding Citizens" to be able to obtain a NJ CCW Permit without jumping through the hoops of justifiable need like we do now. Self defense is a justifiable need in itself, and it is written in our constitution that we hold "The right to bear arms". We ask for Concealed Carry outside of the home to all Law-Abiding Citizens of New Jersey.

I am one who believes that if we were more of a carry state, that would help deter criminals from acting as part due to a fear the victim may be armed. If you pass the background check and class, let us Law abiding citizens help protect ourselves and family as well as our community.
14th amendment states: NO state shall make or enforce any law which will abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States. Take the Targets off our backs.
My primary role as husband and father is to protect my family. NJ unjustly and unconstitutionally strips me of my rights and purpose.
The law abiding citizens of NJ should have the right to protect our families outside of our homes with a CCW. Our families lives are just as precious as any law enforcemnt officers or politicians. protecting my family is justifiable reasoning to carry concealed.
I work on foreclosed homes for the bank, some in very bad areas, I would like to be able to protect myself against vagrants, squatters, and theives
Safety is a big issue now a days.
The honest citizens should have to right to carry. The criminals do it without concern and whT recourse to we the law abiding citizens to defend ourselves. So many other states allow their citizens to carry why not us. Considering the amount of tax that we pay in NJ. They owe us

I’m a widow and feel law abiding citizens of New Jersey should have the right to conceal carry for our protection due to the circumstances of our current world affairs. Please.
