This petition is to reclaim our constitutional right to carry our firearms without any fees, permissions, or licensing requirements. This is to reclaim the rights afforded to us by the United States Constitution. This includes our right to move freely, without being stopped, detained, arrested, searched or property seized solely on the basis of carrying a legal firearm. Just as the Supreme Court Of The United States has ruled that all 50 states must allow and accept gay marriages, they should all respect our constitutional right to carry our firearms. If you agree that equality is important for all, then I ask that you sign this petition and help us correct this unjust discrimination against lawful gun owners who want to be able to protect themselves, their family, and their community! We hit a major milestone in our mission to restore constitutional carry rights. Now is the time to turn this momentum into tangible action by emailing your state representatives to demand an end to these unconstitutional fees and licensing schemes.

Any restrictions whatsoever on the 2nd amendment are a clear violation of the United States Constitution. Please don't break the oath that you took to uphold the Constitution when you were elected to office.
I would love to see where they were given permission to say when and how we can carry only with a permit. I still can't find that. Also several supreme court cases have made licenses such as a CHL illegal. If we don't stand for something we will fall for anything.
We the people have rights and are protected by them.We the people are rising up.There is 323,000,000 of us and only 435 congressman and 100 senators and only 2 presidents.323,000,000 is greater then 537.Do you understand????? :)
I support gun rights.
We have the right to carry and we should be able to do so without the government trying to stop us

Freedom is not licentiousness. It's a burden. Sometimes that burden includes power.
