We are disappointed in the decision to not increase the FYOR days to 4 and would like the parties to sit down and find a way to make the 4 days happen.
The Pharmacists and PIC's in SEIU Healthcare Minnesota have worked collaboratively with the employer in the changing of the "role of the pharmacist" to enhance the patient experience for HealthPartners patients and strengthen the department's position in the ever-changing world of health care services.
We, the undersigned, would appreciate the same collaborative effort in return.

Management continues to ignore our request for four FYOR days despite all the extra work we put into these new roles. Email your department head today and tell them that collaborative effort must go both ways. Post our link on Facebook and tag HealthPartners so they know we are watching.

We need this fyor change. It is only fair.
Listen to your employees. They have done everything asked of them to change their roles and improve care for patients. Give them the 4 days!
TOTAL BULLSHIT. Treat your people with respect.
The patient care is getting way better because of us but we need the support to keep it going. Work with us on this.
Pharmacists deserve better. They work so hard and this is a small request that would really help everyone out.
