My daughter Donna was starved off oxygen for three days before she was born because her mum had pre-clampsia.Doctors knew they made there mistake.After tens years trying to get a court date for this case we got one for this year but weeks before it was due for the six week trial it was dropped.They said we have no proof but we have reports from experts and backing from councilers but because it was cancelled we can no longer get legal aid.All we want is justice in court other lawyers and newspapers said we have a strong case but will not take this case as well as all this there was an apparent settlement that we had no idea of this it was the court that told us this.
