- If I could please get everyone's help, all I'm asking for is a simple signature. On the 15th of August, I went into the hospital in Garden city, ks where the doctor refused to stop my contractions. He started me on pitocin with out my consent. Which caused me to have my son early. August 17th at 4am my son was born. Ty'Allen Vernon Thomas he weighed 1lb 2oz. He was then life flighted to Witchita ks where he took his last breath. I was only 23weeks and 5days when I went in. I delivered my son at 24weeks.
- Please help me get Justice for my Son. This doctor does not deserve to still be in the medical field.
- He was not just a baby, he was my son who I loved and cared for. How would you feel if your child was taken, from you due to Malpractice...

So sorry honey!! No the Dr's and nurses should not b in the medical field!! Especially after this!!! U all r still and will always b in my thoughts and prayers!!!
I think that is ridiculous! No doctor should be in practice if they can't TRY!! The meds used were to induce labor, and that baby was too undeveloped for birth! He could have stopped labor
I pray this family receives the Justice they deserve. I'm so sorry about everything you all have suffered through. Always in my prayers <3
