Whereas, New Hampshire condominium law does not yet provide for the mandatory requirement to provide minutes of Boards of Directors' Meetings to unit owners, and
Whereas, HB-376 corrects this injustice by simply mandating that condominium owners will now be protected as is true in over 15 other states, and
Whereas Boards of Directors MUST respond with a digital or hard copy of said minutes within 15 days of approval, or not later than 60 days in draft form if unapproved,
Be It RESOLVED, that WE the undersigned implore the NH Senate's members of the Senate Commerce Committee to vote favorably upon HB-376 and send it to the full senate for passage and on to Governor Lynch for his immediate signature.
