The current level of engagement has forced a formal response from the regional health authority. I am coordinating with local representatives to schedule a meeting regarding these service reductions.

My parents are in their 80s and rely on this place. Closing this down is just cruel to the people who built this town.
A taxi ride to Sydney costs way too much for a fixed income senior. They didnt think this through.
Enough is enough. Start listening to the people for once instead of just cutting everything.
Ridiculous. We pay our taxes just like everyone else but get treated like we don't matter at all up here.
KEEP OUR HOSPITAL OPEN. My grandkids were born there and it should stay for the future generations too.

They lost schools, churches and now the hospital.My hope is that they will do to your government what we did to ours in Ontario,
