It has become an outstanding norm that newly recruited teachers have to wait multiple months in turmoil before their salaries are paid. This is to reach His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and the Minister of Education that the lives of these also matter. Some have travelled far distances to local area to serve yet their needs to help them survive are not been considered.

I have served for good 5 months but only one month validation that came very heart breaking , I felt like quiting the job
